We are a small, local agency. Each of our four areas has its own agent, and that agent is the person you deal with from the first call to the day you get the keys.
Our story
We started in Riverside with a single agent and one rule: never list a home we have not stood in ourselves. Four neighbourhoods later, the rule has not changed, and neither has the way we work.

How we work
Three things we don’t compromise on.

We walk through every home
Before a home goes on our books, the agent for that area visits it, takes the measurements and writes the listing. Nothing is described from photos sent to us.

One agent, start to finish
The person who shows you around is the person who negotiates, chases the paperwork and calls you on completion day. You never get passed along.

Prices from real local sales
Valuations come from what similar homes on nearby streets actually sold for, not from what would win the instruction. We will tell you if a price is too high.
